How JoSAA Counselling Works
Step 1 — Registration: Register on josaa.nic.in using JEE Main/Advanced credentials.
Step 2 — Choice Filling: Fill your preferred colleges and branches in order of priority. You can fill up to 500 choices.
Step 3 — Seat Allotment: Based on your rank, category, and choices, JoSAA allots a seat.
Step 4 — Accept/Reject: Accept the seat (freeze/float/slide) or reject and participate in next round.
Step 5 — Reporting: Report to the allotted institute with documents for admission.
